Warranty Term:
Alteck warrants to the original non-dealer purchaser (“Purchaser”) that its branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Outdoor-rated product finishes are warranted for three (3) years. Integrated LED light modules, including LED light sources and electronic components, are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal lumen depreciation, gradual light output reduction, or color shift over time.
Limitations:
Normal wear” refers to expected deterioration over time due to regular use, including but not limited to minor scratches, fading, chalking, loosening, patina development, corrosion, or surface changes. Outdoor products are subject to environmental conditions such as sunlight, moisture, pollutants, and coastal exposure; corrosion, finish degradation, and material changes in these environments are considered normal wear. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance, use outside intended applications, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature (e.g., flooding, extreme conditions).
Remedies and Liability:
If a product is determined defective during the warranty period, Alteck may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product or issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Alteck’s obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, following prior written authorization. Alteck’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALTECK™ BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY ALTECK™. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
